Wendy taught preschool for twelve years before joining Tualatin
Valley Preschool in 2001. She taught in
private preschools for five years before moving to a co-op preschool setting.
Wendy likes the idea of parents being involved with the preschool and taking an
active role in their children's education.
Wendy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State
University, Northridge. She has taken extensive course work in Child
Development, Children's Literature / Music / Theater, Arts & Crafts, P.E.
and Creative Dance.
Wendy has lived in Tualatin since 1999
with her husband Dave and two daughters,
Jenny and Danielle.
Raechel Brady
Raechel Brady has been teaching at the
primary level since 2002. She has
always known that she wanted to be a teacher. It is something that brings her a
great sense of joy and fulfillment. She loves the idea of working at a
cooperative preschool. She feels that it allows parents to play that vital role
in their child's educational experience.
Raechel graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science in
Sociology. She then went on to obtain her Masters Degree in Early Childhood
Education from Concordia Univeristy in Portland. Raechel has her Oregon
teaching certificate valid for grades Kindergarten through eighth.
Raechel lives in Tualatin. In her free time,
she loves spending time with her husband,
Mitch and her young son.
